How much is the shipping cost?
United States: Free shipping on orders over $39, and $5 shipping on orders $0-$38.99.

Europe: $15 for standard shipping

How long does it take to prepare the goods?
Certain products are in stock in overseas warehouses and we will ship them within 2 business day.
Most products are ready within 2 to 5 business days.
Please refer to the detailed description for the preparation time of customized products or pre-sale products.

How long will the delivery time take?
Products from overseas warehouses will be properly delivered within 3-7 natural days, other products will take 10-25 natural days to be properly delivered, and individual accessory products will take 10-18 natural days to be delivered properly.

Who is the logistics carrier?
The US is delivered via USPS.

Where is the order shipped from?
Products marked with US stock will be shipped from the local warehouse in the United States; products marked with Philippine stock will be shipped from the local warehouse in the Philippines; and other products will be shipped from warehouses in China.
